Once you remove all the jargon and clever graphics, there are just four main types of mattresses. Foam mattresses, Spring mattresses, Memory foam mattresses or a combination of springs and foam called Hybrid mattresses

• Foam mattresses – Pressure relieving, supportive with no roll together
• Memory foam – Pressure relieving and responds to your body's temperature
• Spring mattresses – Traditional with more of a bounce to them
• Hybrid – A combination of the above!
